Second baseman Brian Roberts blasted a homerun as the New York Aces outscored
the Connecticut Casinos in 10 innings 5 to 4.

The game was deadlocked at 4 after nine full innings.  New York came out the
victor in the 10th inning.  Jason Michaels delivered a solo blast (his 1st of
the season) making New York the winners and sending the 49,683 fans home
happy.  New York and Connecticut each finished the night with 8 hits.  

The win was credited to Randy Flores(1-0) who went 1/3 of an inning allowing
no runs. Joaquin Benoit(0-1) absorbed the loss in relief.  He pitched 1
inning and surrendered 1 hit and 1 walk.
